NetBeans MDR is a great project and deserves more credit.
Some praise for NetBeans MDR is in an article I have written that is
appearing in the November 2006 issue of Dr. Dobb's Journal. The article is
called "Faster Development Through Modeling" and the link is:

Also, the OMG has a success story for my company, CubeModel, which talks
about the usefulness of NetBeans MDR. To get to the story you go to the
OMG home page, click on the MDA icon, and click on "Success Stories" in
the text banner. The name of the story is "Cube Model: MDA Meets Open
Source". The direct link is:

As at Oct 12, 2006, the story is also on the OMG home page under "What's
